Development

ALPHA Verteilertechnik develops type-tested electric wiring and energy distribution boards up to an amperage of 6400 A, taking the respective national and international regulations, electric wiring technologies and norms into account.

Solutions with the 3D software ProEngineer, among other programs, are developed from the requirements of the different markets and of our customers. Six completely equipped CAD workstations are available for this.

The drawing up of installation handbooks, manufacturing documents, installation sets for the electric wiring and switching devices or completely new developments is no problem for our Development Department.

We specialize in international standards such as DIN EN 60439-1 and 3, DIN VDE 0660 Parts 500 and 504, the BS EN 60439-1 British Standard and NF CEI EN 60439-1.

Data exchange with our customers through the standard interfaces is guaranteed.

Our quality management system is of course certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008.
